Tyseley: One Castle Or Two...

Hi all. A short post from todays volunteer Saturday at Tyseley Loco Works. I spent the morning buffing up the nameplates on the beautiful 5043. Although the next outing for the double chimney Castle isn't until September as far as excursion trains go, she will no doubt take a turn or two on the summer Sunday "Shakespeare Express". Therefore, she must look her best. After dinner I was put to work wire brushing bolts for "Clun Castle" on the polishing spindle, ready for fitting to her cab roof. 7029 is coming along very nicely and I look forward to seeing her in steam alongside 5043 later in the year!
